Prepared Pantry has a New York Rye bread mix. I gave it a try recently and was very pleased with the results. We made some very tasty sandwiches with it and leftover corned beef. Yum!

I always keep a few bread mixes in the pantry.
Some people are surprised that I use bread mixes. I don’t use them all of the time, However, they’re great for when I’m in a hurry and want homemade bread.
Using bread mixes is also a fun way to experiment with different types of bread!
I first tried Hawaiian bread as a mix. The bread mix is no longer made, but I don’t need to worry. Trying the mix inspired me to develop a recipe for Hawaiian bread.

Prepared Pantry Sour Cream Onion Bread Mix Review
The crust was flaky and the bread had a great texture. But the flavor is the best part of the bread. I literally closed my eyes and savored the taste.
