How does one become so enamored with their bread machine that they make all their own bread? I’ll tell you how.  They don’t get an Easy-Bake Oven for Christmas.

When I was a child I longed for an Easy-Bake Oven. I knew just where I’d put it in my bedroom.  I’d make treats for the whole family. Maybe I’d have a cute apron. It would be wonderful!

While I got lots of great toys, we were a family with a budget.  So I never got the oven.

Fast forward a number of years and I decided I wanted a bread machine.  I knew just where I’d put it in my kitchen.  I’d make yummy bread for everyone.  Maybe I’d have a cute apron.  It would be wonderful!

I asked friends about the bread machines that they used.  One of the women in my carpool recommended “the one with the elephant logo.”  I did some research and discovered that she was talking about Zojirushi bread machines. There was still a budget to consider, but from what I read the expense of the machine would be worth it.  The machine would last a long time and be a little workhorse.

I ordered my first bread machine and haven’t looked back since!

I make yummy treats for friends and family.  Additionally, I have several cute aprons.  It really is wonderful.
